  Solution · Verify that XenApp servers only have single NIC and no NIC teaming is used. · Verify that routing from NetScaler to backend uses the same route. Uninstall Citrix client (from the end user's PC). Afterwards, reinstall the latest version of the Citrix client. Resolve the network issue. Download and install Citrix Receiver; Attempt to launch the application from your web browser again (). This may resolve the issue.
