  Hello - I recently installed the CR01 app on a new iPad pro in order to be able to log in remotely. Worked great until the Apple software. Citrix Workspace app is a new client from Citrix that works similar to Citrix Receiver and is fully backward-compatible with your organization's Citrix.

This is why it is highly recommended to reply to them. I would give this five stars but every so often the iPad Smart folio keyboard stops working and you need to leave the app and go in, in order for it to work again. It is very annoying and needs to be fixed. I was having the same problems as noted in other reviews where Citrix quit working after my iPad updated to IOS I had both CR01 and the latest Citrix Workspace installed.

Thanks Rishabh for your help. This app works perfectly as far I can tell. Not sure why some losers are giving this 1 star but this worked great for me. For some reason sometimes it works setting up an account on the Citrix Workspace App and sometimes it's not. When it's not working the latest message I get from the app is "Cannot Add Account - All stores in the discovery document have been loaded".

If so, then you need to change your Internal Beacon to something that is not reachable from the outside. Can you enable logging and post the log? So, if I understand it correctly I have to change the internal beacon to something that can't be resolved from the outside? Make sure it never goes down or else internal users won't be able to connect. I changed the internal beacon to a random internal ip-address does exist! You'll have to remove the account and re-add it.

Citrix support is NOT helping, does anyone know if there's some sort of trick or new session profile settings I need to make Workspace for iOS work? My users are flipping out because if they update from Receiver to Workspace they loose all mobile Citrix access. So this lead me to look into my gateway, the HTTP profile was actually the problem with the Workspace app too.
