Asked by Gestion Licences. We have a bug with Receiver 4. Sometimes, the application window turns black but most of the times Receiver crashes. Alt-Enter is use in Excel to add a line break in a cell. Receiver 4. Any hints? Could it have something to do with Window Mode? We have seen this at one customer so far where the Receiver does the black screen or crashes. Tested with 6. We were not able to reproduce this issue on Receiver 4. While we have other issues with 4. I went back and installed 4.

Maybe this is an Citrix Receiver upgrade related problem. To NOT reproduce the issue I've uninstalled 4. Can confirm this is an issue in 4. You will be able to leave a comment after signing in. Welcome to the Citrix Discussions.
